Do not use Arm and Hammer as it contains aluminum. They claim it does not but under chemical examination, it does, and aluminum is a heavy metal. Get Bob's Red Mill backing soda and powder either online or your natural food store. It is pure.

Keeping in mind that no disease can live in an alkaline body, the consumption of baking soda will help alkalize your body, along with the proper foods. Cancer is a fungus and oxygen is its enemy.
