After the crap that the Republicans pulled today, I'm done.

I believe what the party is supposed to stand for. I'm a conservative, pro-life, small government person. I proudly signed up for the Republican party shortly after I turned 18, thinking that I was doing my part to bring those beliefs to the mainstream.

Instead, the Republicans told me to elect Bush, Dole, McCain, and Romney. I watched as Bush added trillions of our debt and added new unfunded entitlements to our heavily indebted country. I watched as Dole and McCain bashed Conservatives every chance they got, while praising the socialist ideas of the democrats. Now I see the Republicans trying to elect Romney, a man who believes in socialized medicine, more taxes, no use of natural resources, abortion on demand, and concentrating all the power in the Federal government.

After Ryan, who is far from perfect but a little bit conservative, was added, I had a little hope. But you idiot Republicans dashed that today by changing the rules to strip the states of their power. You even had to break your own rules and deny votes to many of the delegates to do this.

How can I believe that you will do anything that you have promised, when you slap the representatives that we sent you in the face? How can I believe that you are for a limited Federal Government, when you don't even trust the states in such a small manner.

Unless I'm convinced otherwise, I'm leaving the Communist party of the GOP.
