The Silly Meditation Technique!

This technique will produce a sensation that will be better than sex, when you know how to do it. Seriously.

Duration can be changed (to 3mins - 9mins - 3mins) based on your prior experience.

Phase I (9 Minutes):
We start with focusing on the root chakras (from bottom up) to the crown for about a minute each while relaxing, breathing in via nose, and out via mouth (strict). If you are not familiar with Chakras, you could focus on the vital organs from bottom up.

Phase II (27 Minutes):
We focus on third-eye and crown chakra only, during this phase. We start the reverse counter of 450 to 1, 270 to 1 and finally 90 to 1. Each count should have a second delay in between. We listen to the binaural tones and ohm mantras during this phase.

Phase III (9 Minutes):
We remain quiet for 9 minutes focusing on the chakras from the top to bottom (crown to root).

My wife normally falls asleep by the second count in phase II. If your third-eye is working, you should feel a strong pressure and great sensation from the pituitary gland and it should continue to the pineal gland and your crown chakra should feel very light and tries to rise above. When you are at the peak of meditation, you will almost be levitating with greatest sensation (bliss!) on your crown chakra, that will beat the best sex you have ever had.
