This video is from JANUARY, 2012, OP!
I saw this on steve fail's website yesterday and remembered it from January (then double-checked and you can see the date on YouTube). Those strange sounds were very ominous and some are still having those strange noises waking them up but I have no idea why steve fail would have posted this on his site yesterday with so much other FRESH news going on!
