YES!
Many, many times, like in the story of Jonah, GOD withheld HIS judgment/disaster upon a nation when they repented and turned back to HIM.
Jeremiah also mentions this many times....that the LORD will CHANGE HIS MIND, if the people ask for forgiveness and acknowledge HIM as ALMIGHTY GOD:
"Perhaps they will listen and each will turn from his evil way. Then I will relent and not bring on them the disaster I was planning because of the evil they have done."
Jeremiah 26:3
and
"Now reform your ways and your actions and obey the LORD your God. Then the LORD will relent and not bring the disaster he has pronounced against you.'
Jeremia 26:13

SO, the question is, is JUDGMENT already at the doorstep of the nations ready to pour out....
is it too late?
Or can each one of us do our part in changing, not only our personal lives, but the course of history???

We have a greater crime rate here than most any other country and we supposedly have some character named God that favors us. Go figure. Atheist countries have a much higher standard of living, less crime, more equality, etc. So if we are supposed to love each other, why are Christians so horrible, evil, angry and hateful to all those who don't think like they do? I have to wonder. I would suggest that those that lived, and are living, in the societies created by Joseph Stalin, Pol Pot, and Kim Il Sung would disagree with you. I talk to some people on the internet from Russia and they seem perfectly happy. Happiness does not always equate with RICHES. You think that you have freedom in America?? HAHA. You think because you are rich and fat that you are happy and content. No, you are just rich and fat. GROW UP. Not all people in Russia, China, Korea are miserable. SOme of them are probably much happier than you are, but not all of them. You can't put all people in a big bucket and think they are all the same. That's not the way it works.
