I was given an interesting study on the Will of God as compared and contrasted with the Plan of God.

I know that all things work together for His purpose inevitably.

you are right and wrong. religion has been turned into a control system and i myself am not religious. i do however believe that there was a creator that created man through dna manipulation(kind of a long story), but not the other animals. what people believe is god is just the creator of humans and the first king to rule the land. as for god(the one you are referring to) i think god is existence itself...in a way. i have a lot of theories that have tied in together seamlessly over the years. ive been obsessed with finding some truths about what we are and what this is. the last thing i want to do is misinform or disinform. if you think what i said was crazy thats fine, but hopefully it will get you to open your mind up

Yes, but I believe that the only people with true freewill are those Human beings made in God's "image" (spiritually). Although made in His "image", we are mere mortal beings in these bodies and subject to things like illness, accident, all sorts of influences (emotional, mental, physical, material, environmental, etc.). Thus we are being tried and refined like gold in a furnace, throughout every moment of our lives in the World. I believe God is intently interested on our progress, spiritual and otherwise.

Those not made in God's "image" are the Hybrids (Human x Lower Apes and/or Monkeys), the offspring of Cain. They serve Satan (and hate Human beings), because they don't have the capacity to know and serve God, or to form a sense of real morality. Obviously, without the capacity to know God, they have no 'will' to serve Him, either. Thus in my opinion, they haven't got true freewill, anymore than say, Chimpanzees do.
