My wife and I both voted for him in the primary. This election is not about Ron Paul, or Rand Paul, or Paul Ryan, or Mitt Romney. IT IS ABOUT DEFEATING THE FIRST MARXIST PRESIDENT OF AMERICA. At times protest votes as appropriate, I have voted many times for people I knew couldn't win. THIS ELECTION IS TOO IMPORTANT TO CAST A PROTEST VOTE We'll reluctantly vote for Mitt Romney for one reason. THERE IS ONLY ONE ALTERNATIVE TO ROMNEY, FOUR MORE YEARS OF MARXISM UNDER OBAMA. For somebody who claims to be a Ron Paul follower, I thought you'd be a little smarter than that. Don't you realize that a vote for romney is a vote for obama? They're all the freakin same. Romney acts like he's conservative yet he was governer to one of the most liberal states in our nation. There, he implemented a healthcare system that mimics obamacare. You think Romney is going to save you from obama? They all have the same handlers. You vote for romney to get obama out of office and you will still be up the creek without a paddle in four years. mark my words. |

If you vote for Obama, they win. You vote for Romney ...they win. Obama is a socialist and Romney is like an Old School Democrat. The Republican/Conservative party no longer exists. They have people RIGHT where they want them. They are going to win either way and everybody fell for it. You are NOT voting for a candidate. You are voting against the worst candidate. That's all. Sad we have come to this. Nothing will ever change and things will just get worse. |

Don't kid yourself we have never been a bad off as we are now. Quoting: Mulehound A change is in order, the last one didn't work! Actually it was at the 2000 election with the hanging chads. Looking back now , that was the beginning of the fraud, we were just too nieve to believe that it could happen in our country. We are not nieve anymore, we're angry. The Romney team went to the Bush school of election fraud. Now they commit the fraud out in public view. At least the Bush team tried to hide it. KOO-KOO..... The Supreme Court said Democrats don't get to change the rules of an election AFTER IT HAPPENS, nutball. Jesus Christ, what is it with you gullible fools that swallowed this liberal bullsh*t? Both sides, Republican and Democrat, are simply two sides of the same bad coin. We need to throw the coin out and make a new one, because this is irreparably broken. Ron Paul may not be the answer, but he was a good start in the right direction, neither of these two shit stains that are our choices are worth the crap that they are made out of. We cannot sit here and put up with this any longer. The system that we have been given needs replaced, and we need true leaders of men to run this country, not career politicians. We do not need a person who can sweet talk anyone into believing whatever he is saying, we need a strong leader, a man of power to lead us, and NEITHER of these guys are it. |

It's the RNC who removed the rules. We no longer have a Republic. We will now get whichever candidate the leadership of the RNC decides we'll get. Even if it's fucking Adolf Hitler next time. Kind of like neo-cons who used to say "We'll never use the Patriot Act against Americans.", be careful of what rights you give away because you like whoever it is benefiting at that point in time. well if hitler had a son he would be just like obama Or Bush. “We must keep the people busy with political antagonisms." “We’ll therefore speed up the question of reform (of tarrifs within) the Democratic Party; and we’ll put the spotlight on the question of protection …(for) the Republican Party." “By dividing the electorate this way, we’ll be able to have them spend their energies at struggling amongst themselves, on questions that, for us, have no importance whatsoever." - United State Bankers magazine, 1892. |

I will vote and let give god something to wotk with. Gary Johnson is now who me and extended family are choosing but I don't think the votes will be counted correctly. They are offshoring it to spain. I suggest everyone pull the write in at the lever to pull and write in your vote. At least it will then have a written record on who you voted for. Romney, Obama, Gary or the dog catcher. Don't pull the lever except for writein. Then write in your choice, that is the only way that the election will be counted in America. |

These traits might have borne out a Republic .. but these traits in time also borne out politicians in place of statesmen. I have to admit I'm confused a bit, I'm not sure why it is that Paul supporters expected to be embraced at the convention given the last election cycle and the primaries. You had to have known this is what would happen, I get your frustration, I don't get your reaction to it. I look at the rule changes with a stark contrast compared to Paul supporters that I've spoken to since the changes occurred. It's got to be clear by now that the Libertarians have got to organize and run on their own platform. That was crystal clear to me 4yrs ago and I admittedly get frustrated with Paul supporters for overlooking that. You can only run on an opposing platform for so long before you get kicked to the curb. I wish you all the best in carrying the message of our Founding Fathers, I may not agree with all of your positions and wants, but I will fight to the death for your right to voice them. It cannot be stressed enough, if you supported Ron Paul in the Republican primaries it should be clear that you are not welcome in the Republican party. You are reviled, you are despised and you are laughed at by those in charge of that party. Then you are expected to vote for them anyways. It's time to drop support for that den of corrupt politicians and their cronies. WHAT? Are you saying that Republican Ron Paul cannot be a GOP nomination because Romney was pre-ordained by daddy bush? Does a dried up old prune, who stole trillions of dollars; sent/murdered our youth in two bogus wars.. Desert Sands and Afganhistan/Iraq OWNS AMERICA'S OVAL OFFICE? i say No, that loser is on his death bed, and his sons, need to stay out of politics for helping to destroy the america my forefathers built. we will overcome those liars, Bush Sr served under Hitler, he was a german soldier, as director of the CIA, he changed his birth certificate, and past history....he murdered JFK so he could be president; he was "the guy" behind the attempted Reagan assassination, as VP, he wanted to climb into the oval office killing off Reagan.....the goods are known about Bush Sr....and Jr....well he knows the truth about his daddy....that's why he became an alcoholic.... THAT ERA IS OVER....NOW IS THE TIME FOR AMERICA TO MOVE FORWARD....RON PAUL IS THE ANSWER WE NEED TO BRING US BACK IN LINE WITH OUR CONSTITUTION; WE ARE A REPUBLIC....WE ARE NOT THE KING/RULER OF ANY NEW WORLD ORDER....OBAMA NEEDS TO BE HUNG ON THE LAWN OF THE WHITE HOUSE FOR TREASON....WE NEED TO TAKE AMERICA BACK....IT'S TIME! |

I don't know how our founding fathers could have spawned such a weak gene pool. They were law breakers. The rules of this political committee are hardly "laws" as some are trying to claim. The committee makes the rules and they can change them at any time. Those who run for a spot on this committee's ticket agree to abide by the committee. Dr. Paul knows this. I just wish his supporters did. There are no laws governing political committees other than those of their own making. They are funded by donations and therefore don't really answer to anybody but the donors. It's all over by the time the convention arrives. Too late then. It's the job of the convention and the committee to rally the support behind the frontrunner who is Romney in this case. It's nothing personal against Paul or anybody else. Just that this is Romney's convention and there is not going to be any splitting of the support at the expense of the frontrunner. Wouldn't be fair. Fair? How dare you even use that word in defense of Romney and the GOP. You are so delusional and what is wrong with this country, you can't see straight. |
