Watch for glaciers melting on volcanic mountains in the western USA
Mammoth mountain area is starting to experience earthquake swarms like LA did a few days ago. The area is an active volcanic area.

About the time that the earthquake swarm took place a few days ago I woke up out of a very vivid dream. In the dream I saw a very muddy river of ice and water coming down a mountain. At first I thought it was a landslide but it did not look quite like a landslide. Then it dawned on me that I saw a glacier melt and coming down the mountain like a river.

I have had prophetic dreams in the past. They are very vivid to me. I have only had about 5 of them over the course of my life time and most of them were about personal life changes for me or my family. This dream was different in that it showed a major event that was not aimed at me personally...at least not yet.

I warn you to watch all the volcanic mountains on the west coast of the USA for signs of trees dying or glacier melting as this will be a sign of a volcanic area coming to life.

More quakes today and they are now toward the Nevada side of the Sierras. Also a small swarm near Mount Lassen on the Nevada side.

More quakes today in that region as well as a few in the Cascade Mountain range, well known for the number of volcanoes there.

Why this is not pinned is beyond me.

I have got to learn to take screen shots. The earthquake was originally shown as a 2.4 and now is listed at a 1.8

There is a huge difference between the 2 readings.

Earthquake at Mt. Saint Helens just a few minutes ago. This has not happened since 2004 when the volcano was last active when the lava dome was growing.

I live West of Bend, OR and have been very apprehensive about the S. Sister. The bulge that has been growing on the SW flank has been covered up in the media. As soon as the housing in the area took a dump, there has not been one peep about the swelling. Not long ago, we started to have a light smell of sulfur that came from our well water. It has since stopped, but I have wondered why it was there. We have lived in the same home for over 20 years and never had this issue before.

Where do you live OP, because i'm 65 miles from Mammoth, and the ground has been quivering for months now. A little closer to Long Valley, but totally screwed if one or both go off.

Certain earthquakes have a negative magnitude, is this an error?

No, it is not an error. As magnitude calculations are based on a logarithmic scale, a ten-fold drop in amplitude decreases the magnitude by 1. Let us assume that on a seismogram: an amplitude of 20 millimetres corresponds to a magnitude 2 earthquake. 10 times less (2 millimetres) corresponds to a magnitude of 1; 100 times less (0.2 millimetres) corresponds to magnitude 0; 1000 times less (0.02 millimetres) corresponds to magnitude -1. Naturally, a negative magnitude is found only for very small events, which are not felt by humans.

if you have an iPhone, download iSeismometer, a free app, and put it on a stone floor to see what is going on. it displays seismic waves, or vibrations it feels.

if you do, let us know what's going on.

Shasta and Lassen are watched pretty closely... I didn't think Mammoth was large enough to have glacier ice - Shasta has a couple small ones.

There are cameras at the Desolation in Lassen and on Shasta as well - have a look.

Do both :D

How about all those lakes, springs and groundwater there.
Much better positioned than most states whose glaciers are also melting, the whole world's glaciers in fact but we all know that.

Once I didn't accept dowsing for water until someone I trust found water this way 30 years ago. Even though the area is dry and parched that well he found has kept a community humming and hydrated.
Learn to dowse, where you are there's protected water from radiation which is a good thing without a doubt.
