No really, google it. You see light itself moving in slow motion acting as waveform. There's no debate, light hangs around a while, it's just that that while is so imperceptibly small to us. |

If light-photons are said to be particles that carry light, then how come the Light photons/particles don't remain "lit" in my living-room when I turn the switch off? Quoting: Drunk space-sailor 1353917 EINSTEIN said light particles can stay "lit" while traveling across the Universe even if the source has extinguished like a dead star. The walls of my living room should contain these particles a while longer then instantaneously disappearing at the flick of the switch before escaping from the cracks of my doorway and my poor old venetian blinds. Does you knows why? The answer is because the light particles get absorbed by the material on the walls and also the material the walls are made of , and your floor and ceiling will absorb the light as well. When the source of light is gone the rest as they is history. |

This also has to take into consideration the fact that many objects absorb photons and turn them into heat energy, such as black surfaces.... please try googling "5th grade physics" before you make yourself look like a complete moron. |

When the photon that is light hits matter its energy is added to the energy of the matter. Light charges things positively. This generates heat. Some matter absorbs light better then other matter. Dark things get hotter and take in more light. While a white item would reflect and stay cooler. |

There should not even be a debate about this . And to the person who talked about a camera that takes pics at a trillion fps there is one look it up on you tube , or your can go to the ted site and watch it there . Its is a very cool video .you can see the light particles travel and what happens to them on materials. Op here one for you, light takes a billionth of a second to reach your eyes and since the only way we see a person in front of us is by the light that bouces off that person and enters our eyes. You actually see the person a billionth of a second later . |

No planets, right? Therefore these starlights can travel without fear of being absorbed from planets (Pluto) (urasus) (Jupitur) Nep&SAT and the many asteroids that surround the Galaxy known to many retards that drinks your blend of turpentine the Asteroid Belt. Because the particles are so small and the material is very dense (ie gyprock boards on the walls , the light from the sun takes 8 mins to reach earth. If the sun would vanish in a second we would not know for 8 mins that something was wrong.,and also to add some particles of light from the sun can get trap in the sun for thousands of years .and yes to the person that said something about heat . Yes it does but on such a small scale that it would not change the temp at al period that should explain it all .. |

Alchemist use Light to Charge Salts so that they can Putrefy and be changed into the Philosopher Stone. We are master of the transformation powers of the universe. The light is said to contain a Fire or Philosophical Sulfur that we use to Quicken the Seed of the Stone. |

Oh yeah, what about a vacuum heated prism hotter then what a 10Watt bulb could produce in heat, then what? One could seal the light within that vacuum prism for eternity having the photons bouncing infinitely around without source any-longer provided you kept the photons nestled and warm. Something needs to be cold to be cold. MATTER. How could light travel with its warm photons all scattering hither tither in the cold outer-space not lose their heat and either its illumination absorbed by that cold matter? Why doesn't cold winter air diminish the brightness of the sun, or the stars for that matter.<-no pun Shouldn't a light bulb according to your own accepted science illuminate less brilliance in the cold winter air then in the hotter summer air not absorbing of its heat? |
