The reason it has not been completed is because Randi makes sure to set the rules in a way that makes it impossible even with real psychic abilities or "strange powers". In addition, most people with such abilities have no interest to be with Randi or anything he is related to at all, any more than one would want to put ones head down the toilet to prove something.
