My son knew about this before I did--he works in a high-end produce market. He happens to be the one who loves mangoes and he almost purchased some, too. They were on sale, although I think these mangoes were from a different company.

Since the cantaloupe scare, I don't even go near them anymore.
It's never been a favorite fruit of mine, so it's no big deal.
