What kind of twisted mind does it take for a "man" to brutalize a woman in cuffs like this then fist bump his partner as if it was some dangerous take down? What gets them sadistically aroused to that point? I guess she's lucky she didn't get tazed to death. Hope they both get sent to a jail of their "peers".
