Being that our take on this is only through the eyes of the security camera, we can't ultimately say what went on. But without a doubt, those 2 police officers should not be wearing a badge. Its sad that most people fear cops, but can you blame them when crap like this happens on a daily basis? Every so often we will catch a glimpse of it like this. In my opinion, this happens more than the general public would like believe.
