I live literally just 2mi away from San Andreas here in SE Cali in the Low Desert. To say that I am concerned here is an understatement.

The very notion that a "National EQ Drill" is being held regardless of the date makes for some major flag raising. To add into the mix the date and numbers does not strike me as coincidence either. Something is definitely afoot. This could be brought down to several logical conclusions: 1.)Science knows something is about to happen on or around said posted date and are not willing to be forthcoming on the truth of things. 2.)A possible "October Surprise?" aka Psyop? 3.) Could we possibly be seeing the use of Seismic Weaponry?

In reference to the latter question, it should be no surprise that such tech exists. HAARP and Weather Mods should be the definitive proof of Man's ability to manipulate Nature. As to the date of the drill, it does not play into Prophecy of any sort that I am aware of. However, there is a level significance that is currently in play. Much is happening on all levels and certain dates are being flagged for particular events of import to come to pass. Case in point in 9 days Germany's Supreme Court will make a potentially historical change to their Constitution in regards to the use of their military against their own people in terms of a civil war. I've heard that the next 90 days here in America will be most defining in terms of not having a November Presidential Election. There is much to add on to what I wish to say here, but the focal point here is the Nat'l EQ Drill. Let me point this out too, I find it ironic that such a "drill" is in the works and yet the majority of folks are not seeing how are military installations are undergoing mass evacuation procedures on the East Coast and pulling back further inland and how the Patriot Anti-Missile Defense platforms are forming "fire-chains" in PA. Follow my train of thought here gang. Everything happens for a reason, even the covert items. To that end, would it be too hard to agree that whatever is going to happen in October could quite possibly be a massive psyops to deflect the people's attention from something much more important. Important on a dire level that the powers that be may not want anyone to know about?
Conspiratorial? Sounds like it, but my yrs of experience from being in the Service and just being a Watcher has told me that what's real and what's not isn't always to figure out. Our world is undergoing massive changes that will no doubt bring about catastrophes, yet at the same time there are active covert elements of the "Elite" that wish to usher about the end of our world as we know and they are in fact getting away with it. Another level of control is happening and capitalizing on a natural disaster to get people to be under their control is just another facet of the big deception.

On the flip side of this, I could be totally wrong and everything I said and this is a legit exercise to get the masses "EQ Aware". It's ultimately up to all of you to decide and do conduct independent research. Cross-examine your research and stand by your guns on the matter. As always, I give respect to all GLPers regardless of opinions because in the final analysis it boils down to SURVIVAL. May common sense prevail in the age of dire uncertainty. I'm out...
