It's interesting how people are easily swayed and influenced by "framed" arguments.

We have enough problems as it is that this "victory for the people" is laughable at best.

Personally, before you go about taking some moral high ground with animals, why don't you take an equal moral high ground with humans?

Like, why are you using things that are toxic to the environment? Why do you use tech that uses materials that may have been obtained through slave labor? Blood metals? Etc?

Use of any plastics?

Hypocrits, all of us who try to claim some moral high ground without treating ourselves with that same level of integrity and thought.

You know what, if you're so into not hunting animals for sport, how about just killing yourself and stop polluting the environment with your feces, urine, and garbage that you produce.

Hypocrites for what? Bringing this to the attention of others? Somebody decides to share an opinion about cruelty to animals, and people like you say they shouldn't because there's OTHER things they should be talking about? We should just let this slide and never discuss it, because there's other things wrong with the world. You see the stupidity in this, yes?

No, it's about how it's framed. Some people here decidedly have made a decision about sport hunting and many other things about this woman via selective quoting and video's. Anything can be made to look a certain way to fit someone's agenda.

Bad TV is just bad tv. You have the choice not to support it and not watch it. Free enterprise, choices, freedoms - that is what we should be about. Respecting other people and their hobbies, etc.

You're welcome to have an opinion, but that opinion better be something you apply to yourself, which I don't see that often.

Welcome to discuss of course, I support free speech. I just don't like to see people lead to their opinion like sheep to slaughter (so to speak).

That's the stupidity I see in this.

I see. I misunderstood what you were saying, and I agree. I have nothing against sport hunting when it's done humanely - through quick kills. It helps control overpopulation, and protects the ecosystem of which these animals are apart. I think it just bugs me that Nat Geo was irresponsible enough to air a show that goes against that philosophy. Of all channels, Nat Geo should know better. Shooting to wound, and celebrating it, has no place in sport hunting - at least that is the opinion of the hunters that I know.
