NO... this quake was NOT within the cycle or fluctuation.

and any quake below 7 mag during the cycle, cannot be considered big enough to validate or "fit" it, especially for this coming one. Or in other words, I concede that if this next cycle MUST have a MAJOR QUAKE above at least a 7 magnitude to qualify as fulfillment... and there could be MULTIPLE QUAKES and DATES that correlate, but the PRIMARY target date is 9/26 +/- 1 day with the basic "WINDOW" being +/- 4 days of that target date. Now what most don't understand full yet, is what I've explained about the "fluctuation" thats connected to the term CYCLE... once you understand what a CYCLE really is, the concept of the fluctuation is clear and valid.
