Ok got some clarity on this now, he's still in Hawaii best as I understand it, but will be returning to DC late wednesday as congress will reconvene early from the christmas break on thursday, the supposed issue is the fiscal cliff that is driving this move.

I didn't say you were not a part of the group. I'm not sure what longevity on GLP has to do with whom is the OP. I'm more familiar with him than you so feel more comfortable with him as OP. I think I'd prefer someone without a passive aggressive attitude to moderate the group. I haven't noticed any fatigue on his part, but I would imagine we should allow him to make that call.

Supporters of the "al-Qassam Cyber Fighters" are claiming that the group has caused a "massive disruption" to the website of PNC Bank.

I thought al-Qassam was associated w/ Hamas...Is Hamas attacking US now?

Fair enought then I actually agree with you and I second the motion for MM to be the opie of his new thread.

The real jobs of the other two guys (non-State Department) killed in Benghazi has just been revealed in the Washington Post....

They were contractors who were part of the CIA's Global Response Staff.

Excerpt -

In Benghazi, a GRS team rushed to a burning State Department compound in an attempt to rescue U.S. diplomats, then evacuated survivors to a nearby CIA site that also came under attack. Two GRS contractors who had taken positions on the roof of the site were killed by mortar strikes.

Among those killed was Glen Doherty, a GRS contractor on his second CIA assignment in Libya who had served in about 10 other places, including Mexico City, according to his sister, Kathleen Quigley.
