I suspect when (not if) Iran reaches weapons grade and actually constructs a nuclear weapon it won't be tested in their homeland. Doing so would be a dead giveaway that they have achieved that goal and cause the unstablity in the ME to over the top in a hurry. Instead they will use a proxy like North Korea.
Most likely then next underground nuclear test in N. Korea will actually belong to Iran.
