I've been reading about them for years and thought they/we had them already. My head is spinning these days, trying to find truth. Makes you wonder about that d--n time-slip stuff! It has always been assumed that with a slight conversion to current off the shelf munitions you could cause an EMP blast. However, we now have a bomb that is dedicated to creating an EMP blast that is designed to be an EMP blast, not a bastardization of some other type of bomb. These are specifically designed to take out electronics...for good.
