Truth be told it took me a while to resign myself to the "good old" USA being a thing of the past. So many 8mm family movie reminders and old TV shows and movies of what it was like. I don't like the direction it is taking, but maybe it is the natural evolution of a society and it's course is set in sociology and can not be changed. If actuarial tables are correct I'm here for maybe another 20 or so years, maybe less because I have treated my body more like a dumpster than a temple. 40 years of being a warrior of one sort or another takes it's toll. So, I think I'm done trying to change the world, maybe now it is time to just be comfortable and ride out the impending storm. I'd like to think I've made a difference in a few peoples lives, some for the better, some deservedly for the worse. I'm happy with that...

I think we are all having a moment where things are not as good as they had been and things are only going to get worse. Kinda depressing around here, but so is everyday life out there with bad people having guns, good people not having guns, bad people developing nukes, good people not capable of destroying bad people's plans to nuke them, values and intellect of our leaders falling through the bottom of the septic tank . . . blah blah blah.

On the bright side, recently there have been strong possibilities of obtaining a very big new job that would bring in much more money, but force me to give up my survival mentality and go out in the real world far from family and preps for weeks on end with always the chance of getting stuck near a large metro-center where I would have a very difficult chance of survival and getting to real home if the SHTF and the end of the world as we know it happens. Still debating it, but I am solidly thinking that hunkering down is a better bet at this point as I do not see the light at the end of the tunnel. On the other end, instead of having only a few bucks a week for prepping, I could spend literally a thousand a week building up preps for at least my next of kin to enjoy back home. Sigh!

Parts for Patriot missile installation start arriving in Turkey

Parts for the Patriot surface-to-air missile batteries Istanbul requested from NATO have reportedly started to arrive in Turkey. They’ve been accompanied by 39 German staff, who will maintain the system. On December 4 NATO foreign ministers agreed to deploy German and Dutch batteries of Patriot missiles on the Turkish-Syrian border.

Take into account, that being away weighs heavily on family life.

Most of the times, it leads to break up and divorce, especially if you have kids, and you don't take part in family life and daily family decisions, chances are that your place in this family changes and you become a very important visitor, but not anymore like it was before.

Xmas coming up, time to have rest, a clear head and decide how you would want to decide, what is important: bucks, freedom and adventure, or your place in your family.

This decision could open up new ways, and with it will change the old ways .... .

now full article on RT:

Parts for Patriot missile batteries arrive in Turkey

Parts for the Patriot surface-to-air missile batteries Ankara requested from NATO have started to arrive in Turkey. They were accompanied by 39 German technicians, who will maintain the system.
“Some parts have started coming as of this morning,” the Bloomberg quotes the Turkish Ambassador to the US Namik Tan.
However, he could not confirm which pieces have been received or when the batteries would become operational.
Diplomat Namik Tan also restated Turkey’s official position that the Patriot batteries would only be used for self-defence and with NATO oversight.
"These will be used in a situation where Turkey is attacked," the diplomat was quoted by the US News & World Report.
Tan did not mention if the batteries would fire across the Syrian border.
The diplomat added that the Turkey is currently consulting with NATO allies about where the missile installations should be located.
German advanced military personnel have also arrived in Turkey to help set up the batteries. Colonel Manfred Stange reported Tuesday that 39 staff members were heading to the south-eastern city of Kahramanmaras, about 120 kilometers (75 miles) from the Syrian border.
The full Patriot missile complex is to be installed at the beginning of 2013. The batteries will be brought to Turkey from Germany by sea.
Germany’s Bundestag gave its approval to the deployment on December 14, but it remains unknown when all 400 soldiers, involved in maintaining the Patriot system will arrive. The mission is time-limited to January 2014.
The US military will also be involved, on Friday Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta signed an order to deploy two Patriot air-defense missile batteries to Turkey along with 400 troops.
"We will start to move personnel and equipment soon. We're anticipating the US systems and personnel being in place by mid-January, if all goes as planned," a Defense Department spokesperson explained to News and World Report.
At the beginning of December, NATO foreign ministers agreed to the deployment of six Patriot missile batteries from Germany, Netherlands and the US on the Turkish-Syrian border.
This was in response to a request for assistance from Ankara, which fears more violence could spread across the border from its war-torn neighbour, including possible use of chemical weapons.

LOL, thats true.

But I read confirmations that russian vessels landed in Tarsomething and that the US naval force left the place.

Maybe a deal between Russia and Osi for a retreat of Assad ?

Maybe all getting ready for a regional showdown ?

Re: WORLD at WAR, Official 2012 Thread (TO BE CONTINUED) Israel, Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, PA, Egypt, Libya, Pakistan, North Korea, Russia, China, U.S.
Lets list the developments and the implications:

the developments:

1) patriots and US marines in Turkey, marines in Jordan, lots of US steal floating around everywhere

2) russian naval buildup in the mediterranean, apparently missile buildup in Syria, apparently big shit arms delivery to Assad, debka talks about iskander missiles and that russian have landed in syria

3) russian forces buildup opposite of norway

4) russian forces buildup opposite of iran in the north

5) apparently some US vessels left the building right before the russians went to Tartus

the implications / reasoning:

1) secret deal to split up Syria, Assad retreats to allawite soil, takes all he can with him. He needs an assurance that he is not attacked or "smoked out".

--> russian forces landing and shipping arms, providing cover up and deterrant against patriots with stationing of iskanders in allawite country. Russian marines deploy.

2) Barry is distracted with school shooting, russians made a quit for quo and face up nato with own deployments to shield Assad. No deal no talks between the US and Russia.

--> russian forces landing and like that black turban said: one step close to 3rd WW.

3) Star portal are said to be located in Damaskus or surrounding areas. Since the time line frequency will be disrupted at the 21the, portal will open, thus big powers have an interest to be near in order to control them.

Good, or not good. Who knows ?

Maybe a solution and rebuilding is better for the people there, than continous civil war ?

Maybe the suffering in the arab world is meant to repent and rethink, who kill in the name of god ?

Maybe it is just meant as a mirror of whats going on in everyone - a figth between good and evil (and I do not mean that all the arabs are "evil").

In the koran it is said, if there is said to be peace in jerusalem, it is the last sign for the end of the world.
That could mean everything and all the rest.

So who knows.

I read once, that things on this earth are in a manner tightly watched and allowed or not allowed.
I read also, that there are people, who believe in god as their father, and they are with their father.
It is said also, that those have nothing to fear.

I do not fear nothing. End of the world, terrorist attack, 3rd world war, pole shifts or nibirus, who cares ? I have my father, if I go, I know where I go. And it will be good. I know, where I go, all means will be in place to continue my journey, my way to god.

"At least 44,063 people have been killed in 21 months," said Syrian Observatory for Human Rights director Rami Abdel Rahman.

He said they were 30,819 civilians, 1,482 defectors, 10,978 soldiers and 784 people whose identities were impossible to document.

That's only the official figure.
That doesn't say how they died, either.

Those 784 people are foreign individiuals.

Among the 30,819 civilians, are all the civilians and the ones armed. The ratio between those civilians and the once participating in combat is not known.

Normally it is 60 to 80 % civilians and the rest are armed insurgents.

Defectors, doesn't exist normally. This figure, is a dummy figure.
