Don't play with rat/mice poo.

Then you don't pick up the hantavirus....

We have known about it for a longish while, thus our workers are decked in basic gear like masks, gloves and eye protectors when cleaning out places where there is rat/mice poo.

Dust from the poo is what carries it, thus you shouldn't use a vacuum cleaner (as the dust is fine enough to go through HEPA filters) and you should use a mister spray to mist the poo before using a broom and dustpan.
