Everything is based on vibrations = sound frequencies, thus its just logical that our minds and bodies are affected by the same, as our bodies are made of atoms that ALWAYS vibrates at specific frequencies.

As for the link you gave, interesting choice for a name 'Neuro-programmer'. I've been wondering if certain frequencies could be used, in conjunction with light patterns, to make people think a certain way, for example play a frequency that creates a feeling of anger and show pictures of 'the enemy' to program the viewer to hate. Yeah thats MK-Ultra kind of mind control techniques. I used to work for an agency where I used covert hypnosis and NLP techniques on our subjects back in the days, and its amazing how much power you can get over others if you just know how the mind works.
