Sorry man, looks man made to me. Some lines just aren't....right.

The bigger and bigger circles stand for the growth of Isaac.
The circle with the odd, crude, fat lines coming out of it stand for using spraytrails to try to pump up the tropical storm (barely a hurricane) into a giant hurricane.
The final big circle shows how big Isaac actually was, compared to how big they tried to make it.
The last three grapeshots signify it petering out to nothing.
Tthe formation is a strange combination of exactitude and genuine attributes, mixed with an obviously crude expression and gross misalignments.
This is to express two things:
1) This is a genuine crop formation;
and
2) Those who are using various technologies to try to make weapons out of storms are out of their league, and can be stopped, minimized or redirected as the circlemakers see fit to intervene. That their efforts are crude compared to what they are up against.
