Whether one believes the Bible or not, world history has shown that those who persecute God's people are themselves the one's that wind up being persecuted. This holds true with individual people and also societies and countries as a whole. Example: Germany. Hitler persecuted the jewish people with seperating them from their families; concentration camps with barbed wires where if they attempted to escape they were shot; placed in ovens to burn, etc. Hitler was found with a gunshot to the head and burned; Germany families were seperated with walls and barbed wire for close to 50 years where if you tried to escape you were shot. Oh, and btw, look up what happened to the empire of Spain post 1492 when they expelled the jewish people.
