The banding all over the mountain looks just like the strip mines around here. I wonder what process formed it on Mars.

It also resembles the completely natural wind erosion, of sedimentary rock. Proof, that there were once oceans on Mars.

There is no "wind" on Mars. The atmospheric density at ground level is about 1% of Earth's.

Those "dust storms" and "dust devils" we see are electric phenomena.

There most certainly is wind on Mars! Mars just like the Earth experiences changes in heating which changes the density of air and causes wind. Mars experiences Hadley circulation just like the Earth.
