Who else gets tired of youngsters saying 'I'm bored wah wah wah' all the time?

I'm only 28 and I'm already sick of it.
Even when I was a kid in the 90's we weren't nearly this bad.Even though admit tingly we occasionally fell victim to the 'bored' trap and voiced it.I hear it 10x more these days from teenagers than I was back then.

When I was a kid we had nintendo,snes,and eventually playstation and n64.It took me like 12yrs to get these and they entertained and thrilled me greatly.We watched movies,cartoons,and went outside and played games.

Nowadays it pisses me off to see kids get all of 'the big 3' systems within a year or two with several games yet..they are bored.They have computers/internet,cell phones,and countless aps.All of which let them choose specifically their favorite shows,movies,and video games.They have almost unlimited information at their fingertips..yet they are somehow bored.

Dating has even changed somewhat it seems.I read a lot of the advice given out these days.It urges you to be vain,materialistic,and promiscuous.Teens are constantly seeking stimulation and an adrenaline rush.And those that provide it are certainly usually the most popular with the opposite sex.Most annoying is once again the common jibe 'B excitin',don't be quite or Boooooowiiiiing what eva u do'

Geez what ever happened to just holding a womans hand at night on the porch in silence?Just listening to the night sounds and using touch and smiles to communicate;rather than endless irrelevant blather about last nights jersey shore or American idol show :P
