I'm all for detaining and deporting illegal aliens of all races.
What this guy has done has narrowed the arrest criteria to the point where he is detaining LEGAL Americans. Whose to say that his arrest procedures won't be used against the rest of us?

He is a Fascist not because he's arresting illegal aliens, it's because his methods can now legally be used against American Citizens.
