I have looked more deeply into this story, and I think that Kevin Smith got it slightly wrong. In his original reporting of the story, he said that ET's had appeared at a Press conference, and answered 30 questions. (Have you ever heard that sort of Disclosure before? If true, it would be huge news.) That account seems to be a mis-translation of the real story.

What really happened was that Prof Filipov was researching someone (Ms Mariana Vezneva) who had learned to read crop circles.

Vezneva had another skill as well. She claimed to be able to ask questions of the makers of crop circles, and so could carry on a dialog with ETs, sending out a question, and then getting the answer in a crop circle - which she would then translate.

Prof Filipov and his research colleagues used Ms Vezneva's abilities to interrogate the ETs. They asked 30 questions, and received 30 responses. This is what was revealed in the 2009 Press conference.

How do I know this?

I found a Nov. 2009 article in a Bulgarian newspaper (Plovdiv Media). It was written in Bulgarian, and I used Google to do a translation.

- After the news was released about the research in which I participated, the government proved very concerned, and showed aggressive behavior towards the academy. I was also crucified by my colleagues and the Bulgarian society. But by contrast, I received about 15 e-mails from abroad. Strongly interested in my work was the Chinese Academy of Sciences, as they also have an interest in crop circles, which suggest that they are the work of human hands. (They are strange shapes in grain fields found in different places in the world - Ed.) This foreign interest indicates that only in the country is this theme anathema. After the news conference, BAS colleagues who worked with me on this, retreated. On the first day after the incident, a petition was started to have me removed from the post of Deputy Director of the Space Research Institute. They claimed that I was dishonoring science. I wonder who but scientists should study such phenomena. Only I'm not backing off. Science is done with courage, not with fear. The academy is not feudal old men with a cowardly old mentality. These kind of people need to go.

- Tell us, what exactly was this experiment?

- First I want to point out that it was not the Institute of Space Research of the Academy which had dealt with the examination of these crop circles. Three years ago, I offered an opportunity to examine the work of Mariana Vezneva. She is believed to be the first and so far only one in the world able to read information in crop circles, and can have a dialog with their creators. These circles appear all around the world, and disappear after a certain period. This year, from May to June circles occurred at around 150 places in all the land. Even in Bulgaria was such circles in wheat fields in Dobrudja and Rila mountains, but we have decided that it is just trampled grass and we mow them.

Surrounding Mz. Vezneva is a group of doctors, linguists, a fringe society that is interested in this topic. That reputation did not bother me. I was told that group had for over 6-7 years worked on these circles and found that there are symbols which contain certain information. It is said that there is one that foretells the end of the world in 2012, the dangers of global warming and the threat of an asteroid impact. These are things we investigate within science. For me I noticed that her ideas were turned into the core inspiration of several sects that believe in the apocalypse. This motivated me to get involved in this "game", but not to fall completely under the spell of such sects as it is on the verge of superstition. I offered to talk to some of my colleagues - physicists, astronomers, to participate in this group. Late last year I suggested to Mz Vezdeva that she interpret all those crop circle diagrams that appear all over the globe, and ask some questions of the creators of these circles. We asked around thirty several questions and received 30 responses to them.

- To me it as a phenomenon is not entirely clear to me. She falls into a trance, receives impulses from above or below, I do not know which it is. During the research, it was said that "Uarkshiyls" have received such symbols. It was not answered why they have appeared there. It views circles and while working, received the ability to interpret symbols in them. One looks like an Indian head, ie there will be some upheaval and that fact was noted in the Mayan calendar. One of the many interesting pictographs symbolized embryos. With this symbol you may interpret that the artificial means of fertilization is unacceptable because it violates the relationship between mother and child and interferes with natural biological processes. One of the economists provided a question about what should be done to avoid repeating the economic crisis. In the symbol received was the message that weapons should be removed and there should be no division between rich and poor. - How reliable do you find the answers to these questions?

- Vezneva also read the answers to these questions. Her reading is personal. When I wrote the conclusion to this research, I recommended to analyze further the phenomenon scientifically, since Mz Vezneva is a nurse and interpreter with few academic qualifications. It was important to monitor a certain place in England where many circles gave concrete answers to (most of? all of?) our questions. In addition to analyzing these data we need to do research on other circles, because the drawings are a means of communication where both parties do not know their alphabet and so we are still using imagination to assign meanings. For me, this is very early stage of contact with those in another dimension, and it is not clear where their civilization is located, and whether it is near or far. In pictograms have information, but where it came from, I can not say, and I can not say whether it is a product of extraterrestrial intelligence. Even one fellow researcher said, "Well you have not painted them ourselves."

- Could they still be a human work?

- The fact is that these were not created by stepping on the crops, as the stalks are always bent at 45 degrees and the grain continues to grow. After 10 days the circles disappear. It has been shown that people do not draw them. The pictograms are similar to a holographic image - a laser beam can draw and transfer information. We do not know whether this is done with electromagnetic radiation. Apparently the universe has other types of information fields. Some crooks tried to collect money that way, but that is not the same. We even asked Vezneva to inquire of the makers if such circles could occur in Bulgaria, in order to study them more easily.

- How can we ensure that we rely on this information as correct?

- We are not advanced enough to say that we understand all the information. We need to expand the circle of people so we will not rely solely on Mz Vezneva. We have something that gives us such information, but if it is reliable in delivering, the information itself is not clear. I warned back then that should not startle people with the information that in 2012, an apocalypse will come. There is no evidence that the planet Nibiru is approaching Earth. If it was as big as our planet, it would already be visible. It is important that this information be interpreted unambiguously.

- If the information in the circles is correct, can disasters be prevented?

- Everything is reversible. If we use this information well, we can have prevention. Some colleagues believe that such techniques cannot predict earthquakes, but animals feel them, suggesting that there is some form field that predicts them.

- Would you like to comment on what you have learned about phenomena, such as the prophetess Vanga?

- In Russia, there was a highly respected scientist, Vlail Kaznacheev, who spoke about the so-called neosphera or neosfera, which wrap around the Earth. It collects data within its field from which one can generate (and tap into?) its energy through mental effort. Phenomenonal psychics such as Mz Vanga are able to draw information from neosferata. It is likely that the universe itself is also composed of electromagnetic and mental energy, but we do not (yet) know what it is (and how it works.)

I stumbled across this 2-year old interview, which (in part) talks about Prof Filipov


Here-in Jerry Wills* is interviewed by Bill Birnes, of UFO Hunter

(it takes a while to get going, but maybe 45 minutes in, Wells talks about what happened with Filipov)

+ Wills had heard/read about Filipov's research and contacts with ET's, and summed up the Filipov story this way:
"We are in contact with ET's. They look like us, and they have important messages for us."

+ Wills works with a well-known podcaster, Kevin Smith. And so he called Filipov and they spoke for 45 minutes, and the Professor was thrilled that he had been contacted by someone from the West and was keen to get the story out in the Western world. Filipov encouraged them to visit Bulgaria

+ Wills and Smith made some plans to visit Bulgaria, but when they tried to firm up plans for their visit, Filipov was uncontactable. Later Filipov reappeared, but he looked as if he had been drugged, or tampered with. He never responded to Wills efforts to make further contact.

+ In the interview, Wills says that the Bulgarian ET contacts had appeared for face-to-face conversations. "They look like us... and they turned up at the Bulgarian Academy of Science." Wills does not mention anything about Ms Marina Veznev, nor about Crop circles, as a communications medium.

(I think there may have been a misunderstanding. And doubt that Filipov himself ever had direct contact with ET's. Perhaps Wills was a bit to anxious to develop the story that way, rather than focusing on the more concrete evidence that ET messages might be only in the Crop Circles.)

Yeah, and the story just keeps moving in new directions - as I follow it, and investigate the people involved.

Jerry Wills himself, is a very interesting character - though parts of his story strain credibility. He is very tall (6'10"), has healing abilities, and claims to have had many ET contacts over his lifetime.

There's a marked difference, it seems.

In Bulgaria, Crop Circles seem to be a key part of the story (based on the Translation given earlier in this thread.) But in the West, they seem to like to leave them OUT OF THE STORY - and that's a big difference.

Bulgarian UFO Redux - Filipov Plot Thickens

Paranormal talk show host Kevin Smith contacted me yesterday to take issue with one of the sources I cited in my story about Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS) Deputy Director Lachezar Filipov. It may seem a small thing to casual observers, but Smith broke, and pretty much owns, this story in the United States, so I’m going to give him equal time.In my article, I cited a report published November 26, 2009 in London’s Telegraph. According to that report, Filipov’s team of scientists was “analysing 150 crop circles from around the world, which they believe answer” 30 questions they’d posed to extraterrestrials.

Smith contends that the crop circle reference was fabricated by the Telegraph. His proof of the fabrication is a story published November 23, 2009 by the Sofia Echo in which no reference to crop circles is made.

According to the Echo, “It was even claimed that some alien species were present during a media statement in which they had answered more than 30 questions put forward by Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS) personnel.”

Quite a difference.

I agree with Smith’s concern that the subsequent Telegraph article omitted what would seem to be the most remarkable aspect of the story – that extraterrestrials personally answered questions posed by BAS personnel.


Another article, however, also dated November 23 and also Bulgarian (Sofia news agency Novinite), does refer to crop circles, but fails to mention the question-answer session. So as far as I’m concerned, the jury remains out on whether Filipov’s team has any interest in crop circles. It isn’t as if the two scenarios (crop circle study and alien interview) are mutually exclusive

Jerry Wills has just done an interesting interview with Mel Fabregas on Veritas Radio:

In the interview, Jerry gives plenty of background on Filipov.

Wills worked with Kevin Smith, and tried to interview back in 2009, just before he disappeared. Later a video surfaced showing Prof. Filipov in a sleep-deprived and confused condition "with a missing tooth." In that interview, Filipov said that he had been threatened.

More recently, in 2012, Wills flew to Bulgaria and interviewed Prof. Filpov. During the interview they were "watched by the secret police" and the Professor was very careful about what he could say.

Wills mentioned that the interview is available on the web, and I will try to hunt down the link.

NEW MESSAGE - from Crop Circle ETs?

I am not going to state who these entities are, or where they are from as it is mostly irrelevant. I will say that they are the makers of crop circles, and the crop circles are more than what most perceive them to be. These beings work with vibrational levels, hence the crop circles encode a frequency that alters its recipients.

Now to get to the point.
According to what they have been telling me. Very soon (I am not going to mention a date) we are in for some great changes. Here is a prophecy I received outlining the event.
They often refer to this text when I ask questions and a reluctant to mention much more in most cases.

The prophecy:

“A simple human I may just be, but such a human is rare to see.
With connection to spirit, what humans to be.
Disconnected, most do not see.
A time is near and an hour shall come.
Soon enough a cleansing begun.
But not before the skies shall steer,
humans hearts shall burn or clear.

Those with the eyes to see and ears to hear,

I am not going to elaborate on what each phrase entitles, if you have done your homework this should be fairly obvious.



I am also only going to post the key factors of what I have received, the next most important I believe is the following image.

I have received a projected date for this event, but I have removed it for two reasons. It is a projected outline from that day, therefore is not set “time is not set” and, the fact we have reached the final hour is sufficient.
