The chemtrails are part of the HAARP program......like tentacles reaching out from an Octopus.


The original inventor of HAARP wanted to use it for good.....and bring rain to dry lands. He advised putting Barium in the sky to help HAARP work better.


HARRP can super heat the Ionosphere and easily move the Jet Stream......thus bring raining and stopping rain for various places.
