Questions regarding tonights incoming CME from collapsed filament
Please post links to best data sources and if anyone knows approx time it will be arriving.

This one interests me as well as others.

I know these links have been posted in the past, just wondering if a suitable replacement for the closed down magnetosphere simulation has been found.

This shows late tomorrow followed by another CME from today.
We're already seeing density spikes as this was a fragmented CME filament and not of the ordinary type.
Now our IMF(interplanetary magnetic field) is reading negative, the BZ count. So anything coming in will be geo effective, meaning we'll have some radiation getting in,our guard is down for now.

I don't see anything major from this..... but we've got a Big beta gamma delta sunspot earth facing right now and if it lets anything out in the next three days we could have some issues
“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan

Very concise, and well put... at least not full of doom. Thank you, those of us who aren't exactly fully informed of the possibilities, will sleep better. The sun stuff makes me nervous always.
Fool me once, shame on you.....fool me twice shame on me.

Oh yes, let's all be worried and scared of the big bad sun, let's not worry about anything happening on EARTH.
