It's either Ron Paul wins this election or civil war breaks out. Why else would the government be pre-planning for civil war in america?

The Romney supporters seem to hate everyone that is poor or brown, and most of the Obama supporters hate Capitalism and wealthy white people. All the Romney supporters in there saying that they wished the poor people would starve... This country has no hope left after hearing such awful people say such things.
