My question is how does one know it was the DOD (and so what if it is)? I believe many are being implanted by different sources for different reason. For instance, if you have surgeries near Silicon Valley are at higher risk of stealth implantation, due to all the tech co. in the area? Maybe for reasons such as...Social Sciences, Neural Research or even Entertainment? How could one be sure?

One thing you can be sure of is where you got it. What doctor from what hospital?
Start by suing the Dr. and the hospital directly. And let them bring up the DOD defense themselves; if that is the case.

Either way, victims should have the right to care, removal and compensation for all harm done. And believe me, there’s plenty of harm being done.

For all we know the doctors could be being paid by video game designers or even foreign nations seeking intellectual property.?
