If vaccines actually worked then babies would be born immune if the mother had the vaccine! | |

Sometimes the child inherits the blood type of the father and when this is rh+ and the mother is negative it can have drastic consequences. For example, if even a few ml of the placental blood crosses into the mother, the mothers immune system produces antibodies against the blood of the baby and essentially causes a massive clotting and immune response. It can and does often kill the baby and the mother if not treated. Long story there are different types of antibodies. How is it treated, its complicated, but considering you seem to know jack shit about the immune system, i'm a leave it here. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23162072 Yes and no, its obviously a evolutionary protection mechanism much like the blood brain barrier. Just like how chemicals that are too polar or have a specific size and shape and are attacked by enzymes or cannot cross into the central nervous system, a similar thing happens with the placenta. Generally speaking. igM, igG are the types of antibodies in haemolytic disease if i recall my immunology... Its been a while. Cut a long story short and simple, specific types of white blood cells have the ability to make chemicals that attach to foreign objects. |

Auto immune diseases are when the immune system has an error so to speak, and finds it hard to distinguish between foreign and self. This can result in things like cartridge problems, shortened lifespan, digestion problems etc etc repeat ad infinitum. It all depends on the severity etc. Also a huge factor in things like organ transplants, blood donation, bone marrow donation. |

(blood brothers) it was a test not a ritual. i know everything about the immune system, i have written many papers on it. i come here and post casually . by no means do i claim to cover everything in my opening post. back to the topic at hand are you claiming an injection into the blood system of the mother can not pass the barrier into the childs blood system?? |

Atheist *NLI User ID: 22961820 United Kingdom 09/04/2012 07:51 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Clotting is not directly to do with the immune system, its related to factors in the blood. You can have a functioning or non functioning immune system and have clotting disorders, or not. are you claiming an injection into the blood system of the mother can not pass the barrier into the childs blood system?? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23157396 Never said that, yes components do cross over, as a matter of fact thats how haemolytic disease in pregnancy is managed. If they give the mother the larger antibodies that dont cross the placenta, her immune system doesn't produce the smaller ones that do, therefore tricking the immune system and protecting the immune response against the pregnancy. |

We are waiting. i really cant be bothered going into it in detail as my main point is regarding the mother being vaccinated and thus so is the child inside her, but ill give you some clues. im not here to waste my time but for your benefit maybe you should start with Clostridium botulinum and compare to fungi, then move on and on until you understand every difference between the three. the classification differences relate mainly to particle size and presence of a nucleus.. but back to topic... do you understand that a vaccinated mother is also a vaccinated child? and thus why vaccinate the child after birth? now i dont make any claim that vaccination prevents contraction, im claiming that the vaccination will cross the placenta. |

Because this entire thread is a steaming pile of shit. You need to do some reading on these subjects before making ridiculous claims. You are honestly going to try and tell somebody some bullshit, when the person you are talking to has 4 nearly 5 years microbiology experience. I've probably grown more clostridum species than you have had hot dinners, i've often used C. perf and dif as test organisms. As for fungi, most people who have done micro have grown Saccharomyces so much they never want to see yeast ever again. Thats it, im out, im not wasting my time with this nonsense. Anybody who has ever picked up a textbook on immunology or microbiology isnt going to take any of this thread seriously. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 22873208 United Kingdom 09/04/2012 11:47 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What I worry about with vaccines is what happens if we can no longer get them? I wonder if everyone will be far less able to resist ordinary illness which we vaccinate for. Does it not mean that because we have no natural immunity we would have the desease far worse than if it just went through the population? Or are the vaccines just like having the disease and so we pass on immunity. If that is so why do we need the vaccinate the next generation? I worry because I read that ths Spanish wiped out the South Americans because of measles, which they had never had. The measles were common when I was young but we all seemed ok after we had it,but now Drs are saying it is a very bad disease.I find this extarordinary.I do not really believe them.I think there is an agenda. |
