Bright Star or Planet in Daylight Sky - Vega?

From what I can tell on Stellarium (application), it should be Vega, but can anyone confirm?

Nothing but clouds here on the East Coast. Sun peeked out for a bit. Can't wait to see what you got.

Bummer, thanks. Yes, it is nothing spectacular, but to me it is amazing, for I have never seen anything so large and visible in the broad daylight sky (scattered clouds, but very bright today), apart from the sun and moon at times of course.

Will work up the video a bit later here.

I should have had the title, "Second Sun Filmed", LOL!

At 17:00 MESZ (15:00 UTC) Vega is at AZ 85° / Alt 47° / Mag 0.0.

Thus confirmed: Vega


If you know where to look, it's easy to spot stars up to Mag 3 in brought daylight with a small bino.
With the naked eye it's ~Mag 1.

If it shows in daylight, it is going to be a CRAFT. I will watch over my day and look, I don't have my old computer hooked back up with my star program on it. I took it traveling.

Interesting. Well, right before I looked up, I was thinking, wouldn't that be something to see a ufo right now and then bingo, immediately saw this star! That was a bit odd, but I am often looking up, so nothing new there.

For me, it is interesting that Vega was the second sun photographed after our sun. Which leads me to wonder more and more.

stars dont move other than from east to west as the earth spins..
so just keep watching it

Thanks for the tip. It clouded up a bit, lost track of it and have not seen it since.

When I looked at the star-gazing application Stellarium, Venus was nowhere close (My first thought was it must be a planet). Hydra verified that it was likely Vega as well.

Those white spheres are the latest UFOs it seems.

Myself and a few cops noticed them and we had binoculars.

They were white and flew in a horizontal S pattern, as if they were sitting on top of the ocean, except this was flying through clouds.

Also in the sky at the same time was a prop plane, a passenger 747, and a chemtrail spraying jet high up in the sky...

Youtube is full of videos of these white spheres... Some say it's black ops other say its real UFOs.

Not so sure they are stupid, for there is a lot of mythology and ancient stories that have to do with the star Vega. Not sure what you did not agree with though.

Thank you for sharing! I'm gonna tell you without getting closer it's hard to tell what it is. And I don't quite trust any program that helps you see the stars that's monitored by "them". I did find all the ancient texts of myth to be interesting and informative. Is it Vega? I don't know. It could be a spacecraft...quite a few have been been by the sun lately (extremely large ones too) that are hard to dispel as well as in various major cities worldwide.

We might never know but if you keep taking pictures we might! I know I'm taking quite a few everyday. Cellphones are no substitute for a great camera though...I had one and my kids broke it on me...grrr....so I'm saving for another.
