Isn't that the truth! It's the best oil to cook with because it doesn't break down with heat like most others do... and to think, the "great minds" 20 years ago almost killed the coconut oil industry when they said it was bad for colesterol... what a bunch of bunk!

I feel bad for those that lost their livlihoods back then, over lies, but I'm glad, someone has seen the light and has put coconut oil back on store shelves.
