For the anti Obama crowd who want to know what the Love in Felt like in 2008. Imagine how bad you felt on 911, it was the exact opposite of that.

Americans felt proud,together and hopeful for the future. The love in was awesome. It was everything from outward displays of exuberance or spontaneous conversations with strangers to a nod of acknowledgement in passing.

Today all the Republicans did in their attempt to murder hope with their plan on day one to oppose is to show us that we were exactly right to have chosen Obama for President.

As I sit and watch the speeches from the 2008 DNC convention I am amazed at how many of his promises he was able to keep and even attempted to keep. After moving from being completely jaded and EXPECTING politicians to lie to us to go to exuberant hope for a future with Obama as President; I sit back and say Wow!,he really did what he said he was going to do, he's the real deal. He is who he said he is.

I feel sorry for those who missed out on this one and the Love in of 2008. We celebrated each others many colors and we were ALL real Americans.

I realized watching those speeches and reflecting on President Obama's integrity and strength that if he loses this election of 2012 its game over Man. There's nobody like this Man around, America will proceed directly into the death spiral of cynicism, paranoia and collapse.

Its no wonder President Obama fills stadiums this time of year. That's not about his color that's about the Man that he is.
