Salt has many times here mentioned she uses meditation to hear God.  In fact its the only way your God fragment in your mind IS heard. Its all obtained by "going within". And Salt it doesn't need all this other stuff you posted. That is the most important teaching Jesus DEMONSTRATED when he went to quietly commune with his Father, which is also YOUR FATHER, Folks. He did not start this jackass religion that has become a tool of the thugs to rule over you and keep you ignorant of God. Quoting: Margaret Smith i use prayer to hear from God. if you want to call it prayer and meditation that's fine. but, it is not the new age concept of meditation.
