Cats are pack rats in some cases.I had one that would steal anything shiny.Loved rings especially.Anytime something was missing we would look on top of her cat tree near the ceiling. She always stored her loot up there luckily for us. Thats a cute cat.Must have a thing for fabrics. |

Had many cats through the years and never one this industrious. Well, there WAS Frosty. She had a penchant for cantaloupe rinds. Used to get in the kitchen trash, eat some of them, and take them outside. One day we followed her. Out behind the shed was a pile of watermelon and cantaloupe rinds, old bologna, all sorts of discarded food waste. To this day, in my family, if someone starts to act a little odd, we say " You're not going to start storing bologna behind the shed are you?" That cat was a bit teched. hilarious. Five stars from me! |

She's castrated so i suspect she is doing it because some sort of compensation of carrying around her babies (if she would have babies). Her brother does not steal anything. Only kills mice. |

We already figured it out above. It's getting ready to lay its eggs and needed a nest. |
