IF they rule Germany may constitutionally participate, the EU will inflate, IF they rule against such action, the EU may collapse.... until the announcement on the 12th, everything else is just noise....

Germany failed to reach the 5BN target of 10y bonds yesterday in the market, managing to sell 3,61 BN.
Investors have no reason to buy German bonds now after Draghi's statements that ECB will buy bonds of the indebted countries.

I see more and more people around me every day that struggle to make ends meet, if Germany goes down it's curtains for many of us !
