3 on the east coast us! charleston,sc, miami, fl, and puerto rico. Yes and I am sure that they are related to the Costa Rica quake....and guess what lies in the epicenter of the active buoys?THE GULF OF MEXICO!!!!!!I think something is going on underground in that whole area and I do not want to imagine the possible ramifications!!!! ^THIS^
