Re: Panic Attacks? Weird thread ahead ....
i had panic attack too yesterday and I haven't had one or like a year. I also have gotten about 2 hours of sleep the past two nights.

Oh yea, and my dog is dying for an unknown reason. SOmething with his stomach and can't walk and he is about to die soon.

What the hell is going on?

Everyone around me seems like they are denying it and when I mention it to anyone they just stare at me

You are kidding me. After my first panic attacks, my dog died 3 weeks later. ( Heart problems ) the doc said.

Re: Panic Attacks? Weird thread ahead ....
i have them at night , like night terrors hallucinating

terrible things ...

for panic attacks though the bag is good breathing in and out but what is best is putting your face into a pillow and breathing slow and calming down and any kind of material i guess , i find thats the best ..

and ive had them whilst od-ing of weed , they are the worst

They are horrible to have, aren't they? I had them for the first time in my life right after I had my daughter. I literally couldn't leave the house. Tachycardia out the wazoo...It took about six months, and a xanax now and then, before they ceased.

My dog was put to sleep last week - same thing. Unknown reason. He was only a year old and they found a 'mass' in his lungs. Either cancer or a fungal infection.

OP- why not edit your thread heading to include the general area where you live, who knows others might respond from your area.

We are just over 50 also, and no prescription drugs here either. My husband does take Cod liver oil every day, and I and the kids take niacin, magnesium, and make sure to eat some fresh raw walnuts and virgin coconut oil.

What you described sounds like a bleed through of another dimension, hopefully it was just passing and not the new normal.

The Niacin does help with stress, and cholesterol, magnesium helps with restless leg syndrome and general health.

Your experience is really interesting, especially the noise. hf

Glad to see I'm not alone.. I called 911 on myself last week (which I have never done in my26 years) because I thought I was dying, the paramedics told me I was having a panic attack and they also told me "We have been seeing this a lot lately".

OP, please state your location
And everyone else

I am in Florida and have felt awful and very unsettled the last 2 days.

Could be because the earth's magnetic field is reverberating.
