"within
the McKenna theory, all of the 64 time-scales peak together.
That is, they assert:
a 4,300-year cycle from urbanization to the dawn
of modern science;
a 384-year cycle in which science has caused more
upsurge of novelty than in that 4,300-year cycle;
a 67-year cycle (from the technological breakthroughs
of the 1940s, including nuclear energy and
DNA, to the peak in 2012) in which there will be more
acceleration than there was between Galileo and Hiroshima;
a 384-day cycle in 2011-2012 when there will be
more transformations than in all the previous cycles;
a 6-day cycle at the end of that in which things will
move even faster; and so on, down to a grand climax in
which, as they say,
in the last 135 minutes, 18 such barriers (i.e., barriers
comparable to the appearance of life, the invention
of language or the achievement of immortality—
R.A.W.) will be crossed, 13 of them in the last 75 x
104 seconds.91
That is, in the last two hours before Peak, we will
achieve 18 extensions of consciousness and power, each one
comparable to the passing from sea to land or from Earth to
Space.
And in the last .0075 seconds of the Great Cycle we will
pass through 13 such transformations."

The link above will help to explain for those of you who have not yet grasped the Time Wave Zero Theorem of Mckenna.

Some excerpts:

"The Timewave Zero theory suggests that the flow or increase or decrease of novelty in the universe is an inherent quality of time. It is an idea conceived of and discussed at length by Terence McKenna from the early 1970s until his death in the year 2000.

Novelty, in this context, can be thought of as newness, technological growth, and dynamic change as opposed to static habituation. According to McKenna, when "novelty" is graphed over time, a fractal waveform known as timewave zero or simply the timewave results.

The timewave itself is a complex mathematical formula formed out of McKenna's interpretation and analysis of numerical patterns in the King Wen sequence of the I Ching (the ancient Chinese Book of Changes).
McKenna interpreted the fractal nature and resonances of the wave, as well as his theory of the I Ching's artificial arrangement, to show that the events of any given time are recursively related to the events of other times.

The graph shows at what times, but never at what locations, novelty is increasing or decreasing.

Thus any segment of time has at least one prior representation in the past and one in the future. The interesting quality that the time wave has is that it ends asymptotically at 2012 Dec 21 11:11 UTC where novelty goes to infinity.

Also of note is that all prior time wave signatures are repeated infinity in smaller and smaller intervals as the wave gets closer to the end date, 2012 Dec 21."

Re: Time speeding up? Until point zero? Are we getting closer?
Some further perspective on how the Pyramids and other great monuments to Time correlate with the term novelty and the human body:

[link to vincentbridges.com]

..."The monuments of the “soul star place” and their hieroglyphic operating manual, the Pyramid Texts, offer solid evidence of an advanced civilization far back in prehistory that understood both the stellar mechanics of our local galactic neighborhood, the psycho-dynamics of neural superconductivity and the photon emission and absorption of DNA. This alone should make us sit up and take notice"...

"Terence McKenna, in his “Time Wave Zero” computer program, which uses the permutation pattern found in the primal arrangement of the I Ching’s trigrams, predicts that novelty, or lack of continuity in ideas, will also reach infinite around December of 2012. Keeping in mind what we have discovered about the ability of the DNA to absorb or emit light, then perhaps what has been interpreted as “novelty” is really the ability to absorb and translate the new influx of Light?

Perhaps this cosmic event is meant to be a harvesting mechanism for biologics who have learned to inhabit “souls” through the realization of compassion. If that is the case, then learning to weave your Bardo or transitional body into nicely fractal flows of self-awareness as infinite compassion, in other words communicate directly with your DNA, may just become the ultimate survival skill. The geometry of Giza’s monuments and their resonance with the star fields of Orion teaches us that human evolution has a cosmic, stellar component. The pyramid complex holds our contiguous memory through the implosion of galactic catastrophe, and offers us hope for our own evolution. The practitioners of the ancient star religion, as shown by the monuments and legends they left behind, believed that sentience was evolving toward ever greater levels of compassionate awareness as a living stellar matrix, coalescing and nurturing the planetary jewels in hopes of nourishing life, which would in turn evolve toward stellar sentience. Perhaps we can think of this as the prime directive of our DNA programming."

Re: Time speeding up? Until point zero? Are we getting closer?
Singularity approaches. The point perceived at the center of a vortex or spiral.

New ideas (novelty) are/is increasing at an exponential rate.

population of the planet is nearing 10 to the 10th.

when this happens we become a single organism, as the cells in our body are a single organism organized for a common purpose.

My only question is if those hanging on to the previous paradigm will be left out or forcibly included, lol, any thoughts?

Time is not "speeding up". However, thanks to the technology in your hands and in the air, the PERCEPTION that time is accelerating is beginning to see results.

This is a physical manifestation within the biological brain as opposed to one that is an actual acceleration within. The physical growth of a plant, human, or the decay of an element in orbit is essentially the same.

Interestingly, due to their still undeveloped brains, children are not impacted by these waveforms to the extent that adults are.

Pain that radiates from the brain into the neck is the most common side effect.

Technology in the air????

This temporal effect is connected to the Schumann Resonance.
