there's plenty of locations not on the plates that contradicts what many are trying to imply, and plenty of tectonic lines that go along areas the lines don't.

They're grasping at straws now... where did the lines came from? Were they here since the beginning of the planet? You know, plates move, continents change, did the lines follow that? Do they follow some kind of pattern, connecting important ancient sites? Sites, that by the natural drift of continents may not be (or will surely wont be) in the same place as they were in the beginning?

And by your drawing, the closest line is about 200 miles far from the quake..i guess that if that's valid, and with so many lines almost any quake would fit the theory because they all pass through hot quake spots.

The precision of the Geometric pattern of the Grid and points its based on, the specific Sacred Geometric Shapes and measurements of these "imaginary Lines" that appear which are based on points of Unique Historic Quakes, further debunks your premise.

If the lines are imaginary in the context you claim, why have all historic major quakes throughout history hit these "lines"?
