I had a client in Cleveland - there were always dead fish in Lake Erie. The air quality in the summer was awful.....
Same with Lake Michigan near the city of Chicago. There are always dead fish washing ashore - why is this a story now? The dead seagulls? Are the dead fish outside an urban area?
