I remember when Jerry Springer was huge..and I knew the reason why was simply that people, no matter how screwed up THEY were or how bad their lives..could point and laugh and say "well at least I'm not THAT bad". It's simple psychology. This however, is a new low. It doesn't bother me so much that honey boo boo is a show..it terrifies me that is SO popular! Just check out how many people are talking about it as a "guilty pleasure"..or how many talk about and "like" it on fb. That's what saddens me and makes me fear for this country. The show is a spin-off from the beauty-pageant psycho parents dressing toddlers up like whores to be paraded and judged..a pedophile dream. This show is not funny, it's sick and disgusting.
