Slight aside, but zircaloy has had some corrosion issues.

ok i have a theory!

the dead cyclist was meeting the guy in the car to discuss or trade nuc data. the dead cyclist was being tailed by the "ex-raf" guy. another agency was interested in stopping the meeting and sending a message. bad timing.
