Read yesterday in an article, that Germany failed to reach the 5BN target in an auction of 10y German bonds yesterday in the market, managing to sell 3,61 BN. Investors have no reason to buy German bonds now after Draghi's statements that ECB will buy bonds of the indebted countries. Die Welt has an article today calling ECB an outlaw bank. QE has a continually deminishing rate of return in a chronically low interest rate environment... In 1990 the U.S. generated $4.46 of GDP per every $1.00 of govt spending... In 2011 the U.S. generated .06 of GDP per every $1.00 of govt spending... This Chronic Low Interest rate environment is not something economists are used too, or prepared for. I thought the German Constitutional Court still had something to say about this... Quoting: Saddletramp Sept. 12??? the bailout (ESM) isn't needed anymore if the central bank just buys bonds. Really? Well it is unconstitutional for sure, but that means shit in our days it seems, Greek Justice found the bailouts unconstitutional too but we all saw what happened. Hope German Justice do more about it. So you think that it won't happen? |

Hope German Justice do more about it. So you think that it won't happen? All the bailout funds are broke anyway. Here is something else to consider, will bondholder's other than the ECB be forced to subordinate to the ECB, and what effect will that have on rates??? Because bondholders were forced into subordination when the Eurozone has purchased bonds in the past through the bailout funds, this has led to a sharp rise in rates, despite taxpayer funding of the markets... I've been reading that the ratio is now negative per $1.00 govt. spending. QE is just default and currency debasement dressed in a pretty language. This ends in hyperinflation and destruction of the currency. It most likely ends in the balkinization of America as the federal government fails. Don't expect any better anywhere else. // Obama's support of the MB and screwing over of Israel all but guarantees a nuclear exchange in the region. He's an idiot of god-like proportions. |
