Read yesterday in an article, that Germany failed to reach the 5BN target in an auction of 10y German bonds yesterday in the market, managing to sell 3,61 BN. Investors have no reason to buy German bonds now after Draghi's statements that ECB will buy bonds of the indebted countries. Die Welt has an article today calling ECB an outlaw bank.
