I have a nasty ass temper and sometimes Im mean and lots of times I make fun, esp towards people I deem as stupid or beneath me.

Exactly what I say. Anxiety (regarding your position versus the person you compare yourself to) leads to a big ego used in a negative way.

If Apollo admits those dark/ negative habits, then at least it shows, he´s aware of it. In fact little are aware of their own shadows, because they´re afraid to look at it.
Anyone has his shadowaspects of personality, being aware of them is the key to integrate them. In inner alchemy terms, turning them into something better. Ex Malo Bonum.
So, what you do, if you only point out that alleged negativeness, is that you force it out of someone, when you could have instead give him the opportunity to let the process work. The key for this is forgiveness. When you try to understand someone and you can see the good in him, besides his behaviour, which is only a surface, then you are forgiving him. This is really all that´s needed.

You really think I judge him, don't you :)

All I want is for him to finally put a conclusion to his quest. To make his beliefs a reality.
