That woman is being rapture IMO. Then you have the burning tree (bush)- this could be the symbolism regarding: "Moses was appointed by God to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and into Canaan". There seems to be some smoke or something coming from behind the pyramid.

That boy is wearing a frock. Like a Union Army or Russian military. It is along those lines.
